ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW

Have the students begin by taking the quiz. The quiz will help decipher which character the student is aligned with for the rest of the unit. Once the result has been decided, the students are now responsible for keeping a journal in their character's persona. Have them write a journal during every key event in the novel. This activity will assess the writing ability of your students while also ensuring that they are actually reading and engaging with the content.
